Preferred Caterers
Events must use a caterer from the preferred list, each carrying $1 million insurance and trained for the building.
Alcohol
Guests may bring their own beverages with no corkage, but a bartender must be hired through a preferred caterer; shots and kegs are prohibited.
Sparklers and Effects
Sparklers, cold sparklers, fog machines, low-lying smoke, and laser shows are prohibited; candles must meet California fire code.
Drones
Drones are strictly prohibited due to FAA regulations.
Florist Cleanup
Florists must handle setup and breakdown of all floral items or $500 is deducted from the damage deposit.
Smoking
Smoking, vaping, cigars, and pipes are prohibited on the patio; guests must go downstairs more than 20 feet from the entrance.
