Outside Vendors

Setup and Cleanup
Clients and vendors are responsible for rentals, setup, and cleanup of trash and decor.
Security
Security is required when the party is 150 persons or above.
Booking
Renters must book at least two weeks before the event with a signed contract and security deposit.
Parking
ICA North offers onsite parking in the main lot with valet service available.
