House Rules
End Time
Events end by 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays and by 9pm on Thursdays and Sundays.
Approved Caterers
All food and beverage service must be provided by one of the venue approved caterers.
Alcohol
Hard alcohol is allowed but kegs, shots, and neat drinks are prohibited, and alcohol must be served by licensed bar staff.
Amplified Music
Live bands are not allowed at receptions and only a DJ is permitted, though acoustic musicians may play the ceremony or cocktail hour.
Event Coordinator
All clients are required to hire a professional, insured event coordinator.
Pets
As a historic property pets are prohibited, though service animals are always welcome.
Parking
Guests use street parking, and the venue recommends hiring valet or a shuttle.
Capacity
The Rose Garden seats up to 175 guests for ceremonies and receptions, and the Egyptian Patio seats up to 100 for ceremonies.
