Event Hours
Single-day rentals have access from 10am until midnight, and all personal items must be cleared by midnight.
Outside Catering
Outside caterers are permitted, must submit contacts and menus in advance, and use the on-site prep kitchen for final plating only.
Alcohol Service
Outside alcohol is allowed if served by a TIPS or TAM certified bartender, and the renter assumes full liability for alcohol service.
Music
Outside DJs, bands and sound systems are welcome, as the in-house system is not available for entertainment playback.
Open Flame
Open-flame candles and sparklers are not permitted within the venue.
Booking Deposit
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure the date.
