House Rules
In-House Bar
All alcohol must be purchased and provided through Blumen Gardens.
Outside Catering
You may bring your own caterer with a copy of their insurance; the venue provides refrigeration but no hot boxes or ovens.
Insurance Required
All renters must provide a certificate of insurance showing the appropriate liability coverage for the event.
Garden Access
Guests have access to the outdoor Garden Center until 10pm.
Booking Deposit
To secure a date the venue requires one third of the room rental, a signed contract and a post-dated security deposit check.
Cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable but the balance can be applied toward a different room rental in the same calendar year.
