House Rules
Outside Catering
Most licensed caterers are welcome but must be approved by Warehouse 109 and comply with their catering guidelines and staffing requirements.
In-House Bar
Due to their liquor license, Warehouse 109 must supply and serve all alcohol.
Music Curfew
Music must end by 11:30pm, and venue closure begins shortly afterward.
Decor Restrictions
No permanent or damaging alterations such as nails or tape are allowed, confetti is prohibited, and nothing may attach to the backdrop curtain.
Ceiling Decor
Hanging decorations requires a motorized lift handled by Warehouse 109 staff for an additional fee.
Cleanup
All personal items, decorations and food must be removed the night of the event, or arranged for next-day pickup for a fee.
