Open bar service is limited to a maximum of 5 hours and all alcohol vendors must be pre-approved.
Outdoor Music
No amplified music is allowed outdoors or directed outside by propping open doors.
Decor Restrictions
Decorations may not be stapled, nailed, glued or taped to surfaces, and glitter, confetti, birdseed and rice are not allowed.
Candles
Real candles are not allowed and only flameless candles may be used.
Sparklers
No indoor fireworks or sparklers are permitted; outdoor sparklers require advance coordinator approval.
Vendor Insurance
All vendors must be pre-approved and carry general liability insurance.
Smoking
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the building, only in designated outdoor areas.
Outside Catering
Outside catering is allowed and the caterer is responsible for end-of-night cleaning and trash removal.
