House Rules
Two-Night Minimum
The minimum rental is two nights, so Spillian cannot host single day or evening events.
In-House Catering
Guests and outside caterers are not allowed access to the kitchen; the in-house chef creates all custom menus.
Full Facility Rental
For most of the year the estate is booked as a full facility rental by wedding groups.
Pets
Pets are not allowed; only trained disability service animals are welcomed per federal law.
Non-Refundable
All facility rental payments are non-refundable; event insurance is highly recommended.
