Rain Plan
If it rains the ceremony moves to the reception portion of the Grand Outdoor Ballroom or the Clubhouse Ballroom if available.
Rehearsal Booking
Ceremony rehearsals may be booked starting one month prior to the wedding date.
Decor Drop-Off
Favors, place cards, and decorative items should arrive 5 days before the event, labeled with the couple name and wedding date.
