Pelazzio has a full kitchen and personal chef; outside catering is permitted but the venue kitchen is not available to outside caterers.
Bar Service
The venue is TABC certified and guests may not bring or serve their own alcohol; bar packages are provided.
Security Requirement
Security is required during alcohol service at one officer per 100 guests.
Service Charge and Fees
An 18% service charge applies, plus a $1.50 per guest cake-cutting fee.
Cleanup
Confetti, rice, gum, and candle wax trigger a $350 excessive-cleanup fee.
