Event Curfew
Celebrations end at 11pm and the rental period ends at midnight, with venue access from 10am on the wedding day.
Outside Catering
You may bring a professional caterer of your choice, but homemade food of any kind is not allowed.
Bar Service
All bar service is provided by Beyond Bartending and Corn and Rye, billed separately from the venue rental fee.
Day-Of Coordinator
A professional day-of coordinator is required.
Insurance and Deposit
A $1 million general liability policy and a refundable $1,000 damage deposit are required.
Decor Restrictions
Confetti, glitter, rice, silly string, fake snow, bird seed, and flammable liquids other than sterno are prohibited.
