Event End Time
All events must end by midnight; up to two extra reception hours may be added at $500 per hour.
Venue Access
Wedding-day access runs up to 15 hours starting as early as 9 AM, including setup, ceremony, and reception.
Insurance Required
All couples must carry event liability and event cancellation insurance, available for under $300.
Outside Vendors
Couples may bring their own licensed vendors, who must provide liability insurance when working onsite.
