Rental is 12 hours from 10am to 10pm, including all setup and takedown.
Outside Catering
You may use any licensed and insured caterer; all food must be prepared off-site as there are no kitchen facilities.
Alcohol
Alcohol must be served by a Washington State licensed and insured bartender, with liquor liability in the required event insurance.
Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the tent or bridal cottage; a designated outdoor smoking area is provided.
Pets
Pets of the couple may be part of the ceremony only; otherwise a no-pet policy applies except service animals.
