Capacity
The estate is designed to host celebrations of up to 150 guests.
Rental Time
Twelve to thirteen hours of exclusive access depending on package; additional hours 200 dollars each. Venue-only rental offered Fridays and Sundays; Saturdays reserved for signature packages.
Music
DJs and acoustic live music welcome; sound levels monitored, music must end at the designated end time, and live bands are not permitted.
Catering
All catering and bartending is through preferred caterer Twist Catering; additional licensed and insured vendors are welcome.
Insurance
A certificate of event liability insurance is required.
