Rental includes 10 hours, 1pm to 11pm; all events must end by 10pm with guests out by 11pm.
Capacity
Maximum 200 guests May through October; winter indoor capacity is 50 to 60.
Required Catering
Couples must use one of the venue's listed catering companies (Snuffins or Act 3).
Reception Tent
Events May through early October include the 30x70 reception tent with white draping, chandeliers, and twinkle lights covering up to 200 guests.
Exclusive Use
Rental provides exclusive use of the 5,000 sq ft Manor House and 5 acres of gardens.
