Exclusive Bar Service
Coconut Grove Events provides exclusive in-house bar service; clients must use its bar packages.
Outside Alcohol
A corkage fee of $30 per guest applies to any outside alcohol.
Service Charge
All rentals are subject to a 21% service charge, 7% Miami-Dade sales tax, and a $1,000 refundable security deposit.
After-Hours Fee
Events before 9:00am or after 5:00pm incur a $250 per hour charge.
