House Rules
Curfew
Evening rentals run 6:30pm to 11:00pm, with extended hours until midnight (Sun-Thurs) or 1am (Fri-Sat) for an added hourly charge.
Approved Vendors
Clients may only use caterers, planners, and vendors from Vizcaya's Approved Vendor List.
Guest Capacity
The maximum number of guests is 300, no exceptions.
Tenting
Tenting is required for events exceeding 90 guests.
Garden Ceremony Decor
Daytime garden ceremonies cannot include chairs, canopies, or runners, and only hand-held chuppahs are permitted.
Water Access
Vizcaya does not permit access from the water.
