Outside Catering
Catering vendors are at the client's discretion with no additional charge to bring in your own caterer.
Event Hours
Events are based on a 14-hour day from property access; beyond that, $120 per hour applies until everything is loaded out.
Music
DJs and bands are permitted.
Insurance
Insurance, including liquor liability and vendor insurance, is required for all events.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $2,000 minimum is required and returned within 30 working days if there is no damage.
Parking
Metro Auto Parks is the exclusive on-site parking and valet partner; self-parking can be arranged on request.
