Park Hours
Park grounds are open 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. standard time and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daylight saving time.
Mansion Access
The Doheny Greystone Mansion is open only for special events.
Parking
There is no fee for parking or park admission on open park days.
End Time
All events must end by 9pm.
Bar Service
Bar last call is 8:30pm and the bar closes at 8:45pm, with no shots or kegs permitted.
Exterior Only
All rented areas are exterior; the mansion interior is not available to rent except in the case of rain.
Seated Capacity
Maximum capacity for seated receptions is 150 guests.
Outside Vendors
All rentals and catering come from an outside party, as the venue provides the location only and has no preferred vendors.
No Open Flame
No open flame of any kind is allowed, including candles and live cooking.
No Getting Ready Suite
The venue does not offer a getting-ready suite or area.
Public Park
The venue is a public park, and while rented areas become private during events, the park remains open to the public between 10am and 6pm.
Event Days
Events are booked from mid-March through mid-November, usually on Saturdays and Sundays.
Booking Window
Booking opens 11 months in advance for Beverly Hills residents and 10 months in advance for non-residents.
Event Insurance
General liability insurance of 2 million dollars per occurrence is required for all events.
