Restrictions & Rules
House Rules
Rental Period
Rental is 12 hours; parties start as early as 9:00 AM and must end by 1:00 AM, with summer weekend parties starting at 5:00 PM or later.
Amplified Music
Amplified music stays inside the clubhouse and is turned down at 10:00 PM per Malibu sound ordinances; all music off and party ended by midnight.
Alcohol
BYO alcohol is allowed but must be served by a licensed and bonded bartender. No cash bar.
Outside Catering
Outside caterers are welcome but must post a deposit and be vetted by the MWBC events director.
Damage Deposit
A $1,000 refundable damage deposit is required, due 60 days before the event.
Parking
Seven on-site parking spaces are provided; guests use valet or off-site parking.
