Restrictions & Rules
House Rules
Curfew
All events must conclude by 3:00 AM, and rentals running past 1:00 AM incur a $100 per staff member late-night staffing fee.
Outside Catering
Outside caterers are permitted with a $2 per person buyout fee and must be a full-service, licensed, and insured company.
Amplified Music
DJs and live bands are not permitted on the 2nd Floor Studio Loft, and elsewhere must comply with the NYC Noise Ordinance.
Alcohol
A bar package or bar buyout is required for alcohol service, third-party bar vendors are prohibited, and all guests must be 21 or older.
Open Flame
Open flames are prohibited and live candles must be fully covered and safely contained in votives.
Decor
Smoke machines, glitter, confetti, and rose petals are prohibited, and nothing may be affixed to walls, ceilings, or floors without prior written permission.
Vendor Insurance
All vendors must provide Certificates of Insurance listing LOFT39 as additional insured at $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.
Parking
LOFT39 has no on-site parking, though paid parking is available nearby at Champion Parking on 6th Avenue and 39th Street.
