House Rules
In-House Catering
All catering is done on-premises. External caterers are not allowed on site.
Fireworks
Fireworks are not allowed on-site due to local zoning and sound ordinances.
Sparklers
Sparklers are allowed and recommended as an alternative for memorable photos.
Chinese Lanterns
Not permitted because the property sits within dense forest where open space is needed to prevent potential fires.
Confetti Cannons
Confetti and confetti cannons are prohibited to keep nothing artificial in the water stream or environment.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at the Inn or any property where food is prepared or served. Service animals are permitted as required by law.
Vendor Setup
External vendors may arrive at 10 a.m. and must finish setup at least 2 hours before the start of the ceremony or reception.
Vendor Insurance
Vendors who have not worked on the Estate in the last 12 months must provide a certificate of insurance at least two weeks prior.
Decor Breakdown
All materials must be removed from the property the day after the wedding no later than 10 a.m., or they may be thrown out.
Payment
Only credit cards are accepted for the initial deposit. All other payments must be made by cash or check.
