Event Hours
Private use is available between 7:00pm and 12:00am, with setup beginning no earlier than 6:00pm.
In-House Catering
Savor Catering is the exclusive caterer and no outside food or beverage is allowed for special events.
Insurance
All clients must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the Aquarium as additionally insured, or be billed an insurance premium.
Decor
Decor must be flame-proofed, free standing, and Aquarium-approved; candles, pyrotechnics, balloons, confetti, rice, and glow sticks are prohibited.
Entertainment
Music and entertainment are allowed only in certain areas at sound levels approved at the Aquarium's sole discretion.
Parking
The adjacent city parking structure charges $8.00 per car, required for event attendees.
