Outside Catering
Outside food and beverage is not permitted in event spaces unless special arrangements are made with the Sales Department in writing at least 2 weeks prior.
Vendor Insurance
Outside vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance or they will not be permitted entry, and all vendors must be fed at a set rate.
Valet Parking
Complimentary self-parking covers events of 125 guests or fewer, but events over 100 guests require valet at about $24 per vehicle plus tax.
Rain Backup
A rain backup space is automatically reserved for outdoor events, with relocation decided 4 hours prior if rain probability is 35 percent or higher.
