Event Curfew
Events end by midnight Friday and Saturday and 11pm Sunday through Thursday; outdoor activity ends by 10pm daily.
Bar Service
All alcohol and bar service are exclusively provided by 24 Carrots; outside alcohol is never permitted.
In-House Catering
24 Carrots is the exclusive caterer; outside catering is permitted only by approval for cultural cuisine they cannot provide.
Exclusive DJ
Honored Occasions is the exclusive DJ and A/V provider to comply with city noise ordinances near residential neighbors.
Prohibited Items
Confetti, glitter, silly string, fireworks, sparklers, cold sparkler machines, and fog machines are not permitted.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the property; candles must be in enclosed glass votives.
Vendor Insurance
Each vendor must carry general liability insurance naming 24 Carrots as additionally insured.
