House Rules
Exclusive Caterer
All catering is provided by Gourmet Hospitality, the venue's exclusive in-house caterer. Outside caterers are not permitted.
Event End Time
Events start at 6PM and must end by 11:30PM, though times may be adjusted with the venue.
Rental Period
The standard rental is 5.5 hours, including a 30 minute ceremony. Additional hours are $2,000 each.
Season
The Great House hosts events May through October only.
Getting Ready
Access to the hospitality suites begins at 4:30PM for photos and preparations.
Vendor Setup
In addition to event time, 2 hours are allowed for vendor setup and 1 hour for breakdown.
Included Rentals
Tables, chairs, lighting, and the sailcloth event tent are included in the venue fee.
Securing a Date
A signed contract and a nonrefundable initial payment are required to secure a date.
