Alcohol End Time
Alcohol service must end no later than 11:00 PM unless approved in writing by Settles Point.
TABC Bartender
For hosted events with alcohol, a TABC-licensed server is required and self-service is not permitted.
Event Insurance
Clients must carry event liability insurance with host liquor liability of at least $1,000,000 naming Settles Point as additional insured.
Rental Hours
Day rental runs 10 AM to Midnight; an estate buyout covers four days and three nights.
