House Rules
Rental Length
Classic rental is a 12-hour venue rental for the day.
In-House Vendors
Couples must use the required caterers and bartending services; no catering buyouts allowed.
Coordinator Required
A professional insured day-of coordinator or planner from the approved list is required and cannot be a family member or guest.
Alcohol Service
No alcohol may be consumed before the bartender arrives to serve.
Power Limits
The venue runs on off-grid solar with generator backup, so only LED lights are allowed and DJ, band and caterer must coordinate power needs in advance.
Shuttles
Guest shuttles are recommended and should be no larger than 30 passengers.
Tours
Venue visits are by appointment only and dates cannot be held without a deposit and signed contract.
