Curfew
Music typically ends by 11pm with guests departing by 11:30pm, in line with local sound ordinances. Extended times may be possible with advance notice.
In-House Bar
The venue provides all bar service in-house and is licensed to serve on the property. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Outside Catering
Food trucks and outside catering are welcome, with coordination required for load-in details.
Vendors
There are no exclusivity requirements. Outside vendors undergo a standard pre-approval process with a certificate of insurance. Preferred lists are recommendations only.
Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome for outdoor ceremony moments. Extended pet presence is handled case by case.
Parking
Parking for all guests is included with the property rental, and valet coordination is available for larger events.
