House Rules
Curfew
All events must end by 10:30pm with amplified sound off by then. The property must be vacated by 11:30pm.
Bar Service
In-house bartending starts at $500 and clients provide the alcohol. BYOB beer and wine or full bar packages are available per bartender.
Outside Catering
Outside caterers are permitted if they are a licensed, insured, professional full-service company approved by venue staff.
Coordinator Required
Professional day-of coordination is mandatory. An in-house coordinator costs $1,500.
Security
Security is required at $65 per hour from guest arrival until midnight.
Vendor Approval
All outside vendors must be licensed, insured, and approved by venue staff, with details provided 60 days before the event.
Parking
There is parking for 125 vehicles on site plus bus transport access.
