Restrictions & Rules
House Rules
Amplified Music
Amplified music must end by 10:00 PM sharp on weekends, a firm requirement with no exceptions, and events end at 9:30 PM Monday through Thursday.
Venue Access
Venue access runs 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM Friday through Sunday and 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM Monday through Thursday.
Rentals
All rentals, lighting, tenting, and canopies must be sourced through the Ranch.
Coordinator Required
A coordinator or event planner is required on site for the full event and rehearsal, and couples may use their own or the Ranch's in-house team.
Client Insurance
Clients must carry day-of event liability insurance.
Vendor Insurance
All vendors must provide day-of liability insurance naming the Ranch as additional insured.
Event Staff
Event staff or servers are required on site to clean throughout the event and until all guests have left.
Bar Service
Alcohol must be served by a certified and insured bartender.
Open Catering
Any licensed and insured caterer, food truck, restaurant, or mobile kitchen is allowed.
Children
Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
