Rental Window
The venue rental is an 8-hour block of your choice between 11am and 11pm.
BYOB Bar
This is a BYOB facility with no corkage fee, but approved bar staffing companies are required.
Catering
Catering must be selected from the preferred vendor list of approved companies.
Music
Musicians are allowed for ceremony and cocktail hour, but reception music must be a DJ from the recommended list.
Sparklers
Only 20 inch metal wire sparklers are permitted, for safety and better photos.
Candles
All candles must be in containers that catch dripping wax, such as votives, vases, hurricane lamps, or lanterns.
Security
Security is required for guest counts of 150 or more. Maximum occupancy is 175 guests.
