Hosts may provide their own alcohol for private invite-only events; drinks must be served by TABC-certified bartenders and a security officer is required.
Security Deposit
A $500 refundable security deposit is required for all events.
Access Time
All setup and teardown must be completed within the booked access window (6, 9, or 12 hours).
Open Catering
Couples use the caterer of their choice with the on-site commercial prep kitchen.
